Timeline-

• March 1st- Budgeting and planning meeting with Ballroom club presidency

• March 14th- Book type of transportation by this date

• April 1st- Book accommodations by this date.

• April 14th- Meet with presidency to determine what activities can be done

• May 1st- Have budget and Plans finalized

• May 8th- First day of tour, start of daily bookkeeping

• May 14th- End of tour, end of daily bookkeeping

• May 21st- Finalize all financial documents for club

Budget-(all numbers are estimates, determining actual numbers is part of my project)

• Budget from student fees and performances-$7000

• Transportation-$2000

• Accommodations-$3000

• Activities- $1000

Plan Documentation-

I plan to keep the information for budgeting and financials organized in an excel file. I will provide this data to the club director when I am finished so that the club can see how they stuck to the budget and so that they can use a similar method in years to come.

Potential Obstacles-

• Unforeseen expenses

• Under budgeting for stay and travel

• I won’t have the information I need in a timely manner
