JACOB CHAPMAN

     For my project, I will manage the finances for the Ballroom Dance Club 2018 tour to Seattle, Washington.This project will be beneficial to both the Ballroom Dance Club and myself because I will help ensure that these SUU students have a great learning experience outside of the classroom. I will manage their finances for and during their tour so that they can focus on dance and learning while in Seattle. During this time I will improve my budgeting skills and learn how to manage the financial statements for a group. In order to do this, I will assist Ballroom Club presidency create a  proper budget. I will also be making and keeping financial documents to ensure that we stay within the budget. This process will teach these leaders the importance of budgeting and recording finances.
